1.What is Dwelli?
Dwelli is an e-commerce of bathroom furniture where you can find made-in-italy and high quality design products for your living space. On our site there are more than 9000 made in Italy and design products, moreover in our catalogue there are more than 100 Italian design brands selected to give you the possibility to furnish your bathroom at best.
2.What does Dwelli Partnership consist of?
Dwelli Partnership is an online community for professionals, including Architects, Interior Designers, Retailers, Installers and furniture experts who choose us for inspiration, design and purchase supplies to furnish any type of environment. You can register the partnership programme by clicking here. By doing so you will discover all the benefits exclusively for you.
3.What can I do on the Dwelli site?
On Dwelli, you can buy high-quality, made-in-Italy design products directly from our online shop or from our sales consultant (click here to ask for advice or a customised estimate), consult the online technical sheets of over more than 9000 products, and you can also ask our interior designer for a professional consultancy to realise your ideal project. In addition, you can read our Blog to stay updated daily and discover the trends and innovations that the bathroom furniture market, news and interesting content.
4.Where can I find promotions?
Promotions are announced on the home page, clicking on the banner will take you to a page explaining the offer that is valid for a certain period of time. In addition, if there is a current promotion, you will find a notice next to the product card informing you of the promotion.
5.How do I download the data sheets?
To download the technical data sheet of a product, simply click on the "Technical Data Sheet" button under the product description. A pdf file containing all the necessary information will be automatically downloaded.
6.How do I download catalogues and price lists?
To download the catalogues and price lists you need to subscribe to Dwelli Partnership, our portal for professionals by clicking here. Once registered, we will have to verify and accept your request as you must have a VAT number. Then you need to login, click on your name at the top right of the page for the reserved area and you will have access to all the catalogues and price lists available to us.
7. How do I make a purchase on the site?
Shopping at Dwelli is easy:
- Select a category on the top menu, doing so will open a page where you can search by Brand, subcategories or materials.
- Enter the product you are looking for or its Brand on the search bar at the top.
Once you have chosen the product, select the finish (if you want it), then click "Add to basket". You can review the purchases you wish to make by clicking on the cart icon in the top right-hand corner. Next, click on "Checkout" and enter all the information necessary to complete your purchase. If you need any support, our staff is always ready to help you and make your online purchase as quick and easy as possible.
8.Can I request a special quote through a commercial consulting?
Absolutely. Giandomenico is your dedicated sales consultant and will guide you in choosing the most suitable products and offer you a personalised quotation. Otherwise, you can visit the website contact page where you can simply fill in the form to receive a dedicated, personalised consultation advice.
9.To furnish my living space, can I get advice from an interior designer?
Yes, our interior designer Nunzia Gentile, through her professional consultancy, will enable you to bring your ideal project to life. By visiting the contact page and filling in the form, you can make an appointment for a call (or video call). By doing so, you can inform her about your inspirations and she can create the perfect proposal for the style of your home. 10.I have a promotional discount code, how can I use it?
Click on the cart icon in the top right corner and select "View Cart", on the right side you will find the "Discount Codes" section and you can enter your code and click on "Apply Coupon". By doing so you can see the discounted amount. Alternatively, you can enter the discount code during checkout in the "Discount codes" section. 11.Can I change my order after it has been completed?
Yes, you can do it within 24h from the time the order was placed. To do this, you need to write an email to [email protected] and you will be contacted by our staff.
12. Which payment methods does Dwelli SRLS accept?
We accept PayPal, MasterCard, Maestro, Visa and Discover. You can also choose to make a bank transfer, but to do so, please write to [email protected] and you will be guided by our staff. For payments by credit card or PayPal, security is guaranteed by the SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) encryption system, which protects the transition data.
13.Are the products on the website original?
All products on the site are new and authentic; they have a certificate of guarantee and are 100% original.
14.Where does Dwelli ship to?
We reach every corner of the world, looking for the safest solution. Every shipment is always covered by 100% insurance without additional costs.
15.Who is entrusted with my order and how much does the shipment cost?
Dwelli always looks for partners who can guarantee the best shipping service to our customers. At Specifically, we rely on Dhl (truck, air and ocean service), Fedex (truck and air service),Dhl Freight (truck service for large packages) and H&W Freight Forwerder (truck service for large packages). Shipping costs in Italy are free of charge, whereas for Europe and the rest of the world the cost varies depending on distance. The estimated shipping costs are calculated during checkout. To do so, you must select the destination country in the column next to the cart summary. You can read the cost estimate under "Shipping and handling". Regarding the shipping costs of tiles, please send an email to [email protected], as it is not possible to estimate the costs at the time of checkout.
16.Can I track my shipment?
Certainly. Once your order has been dispatched you will be informed by email of the details of your shipment and the tracking number.
17.What do I have to do on the day I receive the order?
On the day that you receive the email notifying you that your order has been delivered, please ask explicitly the courier to allow you to sign with condition upon receipt of the material. Without this signature it will NOT be possible to make the insurance claim for the refund of the damaged or missing material.
18.What do I have to do if products are damaged or lost?
Dwelli always looks for partners who can guarantee the best shipping service for our customers. Despite unfortunately, there may be damage to products or even lost. For this reason we always recommend (as stated in the FAQ "What do I have to do on the day I receive the order?") to sign with condition. In this way, you will get a 100% refund on the damaged or lost product.
