Liverpool Project
PLACE: Liverpool, UK
YEAR: 2019
PLAN: Design of a bathroom for an apartment.
This guest bathroom in Liverpool was designed with the aim of ensuring, in a limited space, all the elements necessary to make the environment comfortable and functional.
A particular solution was adopted to make the compartment more spacious and bright: the presence of the two windows was exploited by inserting a Mutina Cover Light Gray 60x120 floor with light shades, with which it was possible to give natural lighting and intense, amplified by the rectangular mirror above the washbasin cabinet.
The Cielo Shui Oval countertop washbasin was installed in an off-center position on the suspended cabinet (so as not to restrict movement within the room) Falper Viaveneto (90x30x45 cm) with a bleached oak structure and drawer in turquoise lacquered finish. The Fantini Mint Matt Black tap of the washbasin is wall-mounted and is positioned below the Falper flush mirror with LED spotlight.
The niche shower, to preserve space, is composed of a Hafro Geromin Soul sliding door and a white Flaminia Water Drop shower tray, while for the internal covering a double combination of Mutina Azulej Cubo 20x20cm tiles was opted for. The two-tone Nero Combination was used for the whole wall, while the two-tone Grigio Combination arranged vertically was used for the central strip. Inside the shower, the Fantini Mint taps and the Venezia rain showerhead were used. Access to the shower is anticipated by two low steps with the riser covered with Mutina tiles used for the central strip.
As for the suspended sanitary ware, we have selected one of the Ten collection by Artceram with matching matt white Geberit plate. As a piece of furniture, which at the same time allowed to heat the environment in an optimal way, a wall-mounted chrome-plated Tubes Bath 14 heated towel rail on Mutina Cover light gray 120x120 cm with a central band Mutina Azulej Cubo 20x20cm Gray Combination was added.
